Jaymi Lynn, MSW (she/her) brings both personal lived experience and professional expertise as a social worker to her speaking and training work. Entering foster care at 13, becoming a kinship caregiver to her teenage siblings at 19, and later fostering, adopting, and becoming a grandparent, Jaymi understands the foster care system from every angle. She connects with audiences through storytelling, practical insight, and strategies for meaningful change.

Jaymi offers custom keynotes and training sessions tailored to the unique needs of each audience.
